Policies

Scheduling

All trivia events must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation and promotion.

Bookings made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to availability and will include a $50 rush fee to account for expedited planning and materials.

To secure your preferred date and time, early scheduling is strongly encouraged—especially for weekend events and recurring bookings.

Cancellations

Trivia events must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 25% fee.

  • Events cancelled after the trivia host has arrived (including due to low player turnout) will incur a $50 flat fee to cover time and travel.

For venues that require reservations or pre-registrations, I understand the need to cancel due to low sign-ups. In these cases, no fee will be charged as long as the cancellation occurs before the trivia host departs for the event.

Payment is due at the time of the event. Invoices will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled event, and a receipt will be emailed within 48 hours after payment is received.

I accept payment via check, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Cash is not accepted to ensure a clear paper trail for all transactions.

A 48-hour grace period is allowed after the event. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period for a single event, no additional events will be scheduled with that location until payment is made in full.

For recurring bookings, if two consecutive events go unpaid, all future events will be paused until outstanding balances are resolved.

Payments

I know running a business is hectic.

I’m happy to work with you when communication is clear and consistent. Let’s keep it simple and keep the good times rolling!

Prizes

At All for Won Trivia, the spoils of victory are left in the hands of the hosting venues. That means it’s up to the venue to decide what treasure the winning teams haul home. Some locations keep it simple with a gift card or bar tab (which, let’s be honest, is just an invitation to come back and blow it all on mozzarella sticks and beer). The most successful spots know that dangling a $25 gift card for first place, a $10 gift card for second, and maybe even a round of shots for third keeps teams hungry—literally and figuratively—for more.

Because here’s the truth: people love bragging rights, but bragging rights taste even better when paired with free nachos or a margarita you didn’t have to pay for. Give your players a reason to come back every week. Trivia is fun, but trivia with prizes is irresistible.
